Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 4 July 2026.
Contract Transport Services is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to find transport and distribution providers and use our service with ease.
What we do
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice we try to:
- use clear, plain language and a logical page structure with proper headings;
- provide sufficient colour contrast and readable text that can be resized;
- make the site usable with a keyboard and with assistive technologies such as screen readers;
- give links and buttons meaningful, descriptive labels;
- make the site work on a range of devices and screen sizes.
Known limitations
We are always working to improve accessibility. Some older content or third-party features may not yet fully meet our target standard. If you find a part of the site that is hard to use, please tell us so we can put it right.
